Some advice going from old Toyota to old Toyota

I’ve had my 03 Tacoma access cab 5-spd V6 SR5 for about 4 years. It’s paid off and I love the thing. It’s lively enough, not under or overpowered, never had an issue with it. Only 98k on the odo and the manual transmission keeps things fresh and engaged. There are some spots on the frame that show some concern but nothing that any shop has ever said needs to be taken care of.

I’ve been thinking about trading in for a similar year Tundra. I’d be gaining more power, have room for a car seat, and although I love shifting gears, driving home from work in city traffic is a pain in my ass. I have a 1 year old and anytime we go somewhere as a family we have to take the wife’s jeep.

My question is, should I trade my Tacoma in for a Tundra for the sake of more room, comfortability and more power? This would be my third Toyota and I’d like to stay loyal to the brand. Reliability and roomier are my son interests here. Or should I keep the truck and get something for the family in the future?
