Can I get a G spot surgically???

Okay, so I’m afab nonbinary and I love having boobs and I don’t mind my vagina but I get so much EUPHORIA from imagining having a penis. The main thing that stops me from looking into FTM bottom surgeries is the fact that I enjoy penetrative sex and since I don’t have a G spot in my ass and don’t want to take testosterone, I don’t like the idea of anal forever lol. But if I had a G spot in my ass and then enjoyed anal much more, I’d be perfectly happy with getting bottom surgery. Is having a G spot added possible in any way?
