Pretty much same as my last build I posted yesterday but using bombard over strike zone as the 1 tension you get at the start of the fight here lets you go to EX Tension. I have ultimate efficiency 2 on Kazuki, but any efficiency substat should work on either him or Tsuki. Ultimate damage was about 780k.

CR should get to about 88ish in game

Potential:

Enoki: Fighting Instincts - 1, Passive 1 - 4, Passive 2 - 2. (Went EX1 for this but minimal increase over 232 at EX)

Tsuki: Passive 1 - 5. (rest is not important)

Kazuki: Doesn't really matter but Fighting Instincts - 2, Survival Instincts - 3.
