All Classes Adventures & MF compared to DMG

Hey everyone I'm a [pc] player coming back to the game and have been grinding out a lot. I always thought it would be fun to switch classes mid game for laughs. With this in mind I've decided to come back work hard and max out each class with intended farming builds. Now I know gear and gems have changed which is why I started working on getting each class to milestone PRs. Currently everything has broken 10k though my levels are only 20-30 depending on the class.

The questions

What's the most MF you can have & how do you obtain max?

What is the best possible PR/stats classes can have?

I know builds differ on farming vs dmg. I've been researching but I figured asking is easier considering information can be obsolete so I have no idea what is considered current.
