Things won’t change until the upper middle class can no longer afford their lifestyles
The widening class gap between the haves and the have nots it’s getting larger by the day. As cost of living continues to skyrocket, dissatisfaction among the working class can be seen. Many wonder when someone will step in and say enough is enough.
However, a significant segment of the population (middle class to upper middle class), while not wealthy is managing to get by. This relative comfort can foster a sense of detachment, with members thinking you just need to work hard enough, effectively disengaging from the struggle of others.
Ultimately, meaningful change may only occur when these individuals face the same atrocities as those who are in low financial class. Sad to say but they have to experience financial insecurity, job loss, losing their homes and food scarcity. It is only then, when they find themselves confronted by such harsh realities then they will protest. The day this happens we may be able to see some change.
