What’s a unique and interesting place to go out for dinner in the Twin Cities area?

It’s my birthday and I’m being taken out for dinner. I thought it would be fun to go somewhere new and interesting.

Update: What a fantastic list of restaurants! Thank you! We ended up going to St Paul Brewing and it was wonderful! Great beer (and I’m picky), great food and what a neat place. We’ll be going back.
