Guided tours hell

Hi,

Please enlight me. It drives me crazy because I have missed some infos and now my guided tours turn to shit !

When I create them I have a nice blue, efficient and short path but then it changes to this hell.

Why ? I thought it was maybe a tour with an employee that doesn't have the guide experience but when I click to check, he has it !
