withdrawling request to file through embassy

So I am an American citizen living in Egypt along with my Sudanese wife. I filed an I-130 back in July 2024 and I didn't know that the American embassy in cairo is accepting emergency filing for Sudanese beneficiaries because of the civil war happening in Sudan. This gives Sudanese citizens who are immediate relatives to US citizens faster I-130 case decisions. Of course this is if the petitioner didn't already file with USCIS which I did. I am now hearing that I can withdrawl my USCIS case and file through the embassy but i have to have the withdrawl acceptance proof from USCIS to show the embassy and file with them. What is worrying me is that the internet is saying that if I do a withdrawl request, this might cause problems for the case because it is never good to withdrawl I-130 because it is usually when the couple are not getting along which is definitely not my case thank God. If I clearly explain to USCIS that I want to withdrawl because I want to file through the embassy in Egypt with proof of me contacting the embassy through email and talking to them about withdrawling and filing with them, will it still be a problem? Also how long does a withdrawl request take until it gets accepted. Also, it is almost 7 months since I applied with USCIS which is a progress. Am I close to case decision time and I should just wait? Or should I go with the oppurtunity that the American embassy in Egypt is giving?
