Is it true that Trump made interviews required for all GC applicants?

Hi all, I am hearing conflicting information and I haven't found anything concrete with my google search so I am turning to you guys. Does anyone have credible source that Trump made interviews required for all GC applicants? I have a friend who applied for a marriage based greencard and told me that all of the application require interviews now.
