The newest screw-us-over move
Simple, easy, quick one item shop for childrens' liquid acetaminophen. Customer requested cherry flavor which they were out of. After hitting not available I saw he pre-approved grape and messaged him to be sure he would, in fact, be ok with the grape (only did that because lately the app has been saying replacements were 'customer approved' only to get a message in all caps from a lady over butter she said she didn't approve of even though the app said she did).
Anyway... The cherry and grape flavors were the exact same brand, exact same size, and exact same price on the shelf. I do TONS of shops and I can tell you they have never reduced a payout for something like this. If he ordered 2 items but I had to refund one then yes, I would expect to see this. I know this regular customer and shop for him often resulting in many added tips on larger orders. He knows how I operate, I know how he operates. No way in hell he reduced his tip by .24.
Like absolutely zero chance in fucking hell.
