Any have this issue resolved ever!?
Been trying to place on order online keeps giving me an error “failed to validate payment method” I’ve talked to several different customer service reps, it’s always the same thing “rest assured we will escalate this issue …” it’s been days and I keep explaining my situation and I keep getting the run around. I even tried placing an order as a guest and it still has the same error. I’ve tried using multiple credit cards and debit cards , tried different devices, tried to check out as guest but it’s still the same error which I know is not my payment method but on ultas end. I’ve looked on here for answers but no one seems to know how to resolve it or a way to get though to anyone. Any suggestions? It’s incredibly frustrating because there are really good sales and I have quite a a lot of points and diamond perks that I could use . :(
