For users who found the UH ring accurate, 1. How long have you used it for? 2. What was it accurate for? And which hand and 3. Which finger and hand do you have it on?

For those who have found it to be inaccurate, 1. How long did you use it for? 2. What metrics were it accurate for? And which hand and finger did you wear it on?

I don't think this would be great for fitness, worry that dumbbells will crush it, I'm interested in sleep tracking, finding optimal times for caffeine and working out, level up my biohacking, basically. I know that any of the middle fingers would be accurate but I'm curious to see if there are any correlations. While trying the rings on now, I realize my hands have different sizes LMAO and since this is a big investment I'm wondering what would be optimal or if I should just forgo it until another time.
