Can you watch Vudu/Fandango at home on One, and if so what accessories would I need?

A lot of the shows I want to watch are purchased on Fandango or on DVD. I can rip the dvds/blu ray I assume but I don't know if the streaming app for Fandango at Home / Vudu is availble, It's not on the quest 2 anymore and the quest is also very heavy and I'm considering an upgrade.
