Dealership broke my car

Ordered a 23 Pro S AWD in June. Per the extension it’s still in transit. Checking the dealer website this past Monday - there are new pictures of my car sitting on the dealership lot. I drop by the dealership on Monday. Per the salesman the car arrived Thursday but the shop guy wasn’t in “on vacation” to the clean it up so they didn’t call me. The salesman shows me around the car. Opens the hatch. Hatch won’t close completely so he pushes it close. No biggie. Make an appointment to come in on Saturday to sign paperwork and take possession. Salesman call me on Tuesday “there is a problem”. Turns out whoever plugged the car in to charge put the keys on the top of the car near the hatch. When the salesman open the hatch the keys slid down into the hatch. When the salesman force closed it he crushed the key and damaged the hatch. Salesman suggested I still pick it up on Saturday and they could given me a loaner car when they were able to get it to the body shop as the body shop was very busy and it would be a month out. Not thrilled about that suggestion - I am not paying over 50k for a new car you guys damaged. Salesman called back “ good news- the body shop can get it in now-I’ll call you back with what they say. No call back for 3 days. Finally got a call Friday morning. “Body shop did the best they can at this time. You may not even notice it. Stop by and see for yourself”. I go back to dealership - noticeable dent to the top right side hatch plate. Chips to the roof edge. Scrapped paint where the key was crushed. Now the salesman is telling me he doesn’t know what the dealership can do for me - money off, repairs, wait for a cancellation - and that the general manger is away “on vacation”( does anyone higher up actually work here) and won’t be returning until Monday. I am so frustrated. I ordered a new car, not a damage car, especially paying MSRP. If I wait I lose the $7500 tax credit. I fell like the dealership knows I’m in a tough spot and could care less.
