entry level jobs in a clinic?

Hey everyone, I am a second year undergrad hoping to become a vet. I already have 200+ hours of animal experience, but little veterinary hours. How do I get those? I'm hoping to work in a clinic, but I don't know what position I would be qualified for without a CVT or anything. I have done some shadowing, but I'm hoping for a consistent way to get hours. I'm going to call clinics to see if they are hiring, but I don't know what position I should inquire about. I really want to be able to get hours with a veterinarian, so any help on how to do that would be appreciated
