Does adding ammo drum increase incarnon total capacity?

I know I can add it and find out, but does anyone know if adding Ammo Drum increase the ammo capacity durning incarnon form? In this instance for the Burston?

Or is that what the “max charges” stand for in the incarnon form stats and it’s not actually moddable?
