Infuriating behavior in a netracell last night.
I noticed a severe lack of spawns on every corner of the room for a while so the three of us weren't able to progress anything. Cyan guy is in the next room over way outside the circle with Caliban having all the enemies spawn near him. Asked why he's outside the circle killing everything and this is what we got.
