I had a great welcome at Warhammer Store Tokyo

I have only been with the franchise for a few months, sometime before Space Marine 2. Watched a few videos here and there and then eventually hit the books (Lion - Son of the Forest, Dark Imperium Trilogy and recently finished Spear of the Emperor). I wanted to go over to the minis but found it kind of daunting not to mention I live in a place without an official Warhammer store. So when I had the opportunity to visit the Warhammer store in Tokyo, I took some time to explore and learn more about the franchise. Steve (one of the awesome people from the store) recommended me some books, but more so even taught me some of the basics of painting minis when he learned I hadn’t had a hand at it. He even recommended me to an introductory set which had all the things a beginner needs. Needless to say, I was grateful and very much excited to start when I got back home. Very much looking forward to painting and hopefully learning the tabletop!
