fractional not working today?

Went to buy some DIV this morning.

No option for fractional and I had to pick which account I wanted to buy from despite clicking on current shares in the same account.... something changed...

Edit: it is working actually but I had to go through a bunch more menus to find it now...

So much for it being easy like before, at least it works.
