Issues taking down an old webtoon

Hi! I have an old webtoon that I'd like to take down, but I'm having issues taking it down. When I go to my account, no dashboard shows up on both my main account that I uploaded it on and my personal account where I read webtoons.

Did it move? I really would like to take it down because it contains information about a mental health issues I have that I don't like having public.
