Is blue too bridal?

I am going to a college friends wedding in Arizona next month and the dress code is semi formal cocktail. I’ve only been to one other wedding & it was black tie with an approved color scheme. I love this dress that I found on Peppermayo but I’m wondering if shades of blue like this are seen as bridal?
