Constant Diaper Rashes

Hello, everyone ,

I am a first time mom and I’m am losing my mind. My son has been getting diaper rashes since 13 months. He’s currently 15 months and I don’t know what’s causing them or how to help my child . I don’t even think it’s a diaper rash because his diaper gets checked and changed very fast and effectively. We don’t know if the rash is getting caused by something we’re feeding him and is making his poop toxic to the point where it creates these rashes or something. It goes away after a week and than he’s fine and good and than it comes back and I honestly don’t know what’s causing it . We been to the ER a couple of times and they just say it’s a diaper rash and to use “baby rash cream and baby powder “ but I truly belive it’s something else cause it keeps on occurring . There’s something happening within his body thats causing these rashes that sometimes bleed and it’s causing him so much pain.

I don’t even know if anyone can help me , but I would honestly like some ideas or suggestions about what it could be or what I could be doing wrong. I hate to see my child in pain and crying during charges cause of how painful it is due to the rashes.
