How to manage crazy amounts of loot?

Hi, I got this game few days ago and im at lv11 now, not far in the main quest. There is quite overwhelming amounts of loot I'm getting and I'm just wondering what are peoples "guide lines" of what to keep, what to sell and what to dismantle? And any other tips regarding all the "stuff" in this great, vast game! :)
