How do I get my free loading pups to disperse?

First and foremost, most of my yearlings and subordinate adults are very helpful when it comes to pup rearing. There are just too many of us. I have 3 two year olds and 5 yearlings, plus 6 new pups, now at our summer spot. I cannot handle feeding all these hungry mouths. We have had no dispersal wolves come to us, though I have scented plenty in our territory. Do I need to be at our summer spot more? Free Roaming? Bring less of them on hunts? I am at a total loss.
