Day 1: Upper A - Weighted pull-ups 3x5-8 - Incline Chest Press 3x5-8 - Deficit Push-up 3x fail - Preacher curl 3x5-8

Day 2: Lower A - BB back squat 3x5 - Hack squat 3x5-8 - Calf Raise 4x5-8 - GHD sit-up 3x fail

Day 3: Rest

Day 4: Upper B - Deadlift 3x5 - DB incline bench 3x5-8 - Weighted chin up 3x5-8 - Machine Shoulder press 3x5-8 - Tricep dip machine 3x5-8

Day 5: Lower B - Hack squat 3x5-8 - Leg Ext 3x5-8 - Leg Curl 3x5-8 - Calf Raise 4x5-8 - Cuban Press 3x fail

Day 6: Rest
