For those having issues installing Hitman 3 on Xbox Series S / X...

I was having an issue where the usual Install button was a link to the Microsoft store, and trying to get it through there would just link me to manage my Gamepass sub. My sub was active so it made no sense.

On the games card in the Game Pass app, select "Choose what to install", select everything, and then hit that install option and your game should start installing.
