Xbox Series S won't sign in any account.

So, I just got my Xbox Series S a week now, and this started happening 2 days ago. The LAN cables were checked and working, the router reset and rebooted. But no matter what I do the system will not log in any account. The system is receiving Internet and all checks on the system say everything is OK, but it won't sign in any account. I have went as far as to factory reset the system and erase everything. That didn't solve the problem, and now the system is blank and I still can't sign in any account. PLEASE HELP ME 🙏 😢 I didn't even get to enjoy the games I bought.
