Burnice or Vivian? (Pulling Opinions)

I would just like to ask everyone a general question. Regardless if you already own Burnice or plan to pull with the new 1.6 update's rerun. Though in anticipation of the newly drip marketed Vivian, would/are you guys skipping for her instead of pulling for Burnice.

I personally have 3 dps teams of Jane, Miyabi, and Evelyn. No surprise that my miyabi team is not struggling but the other two teams are not performing as well becuz i dont have their respective Bis partners as I am a light spender. So I am thinking whether Burnice or Vivian would be a better fit for my account as either one might be able to increase the performance of my other teams, maybe even the miyabi one as well.
