Anywhere I can find full character builds?

Looking to build some characters I didn't bother building in the past like Lucy or Soukaku but can't find a reliable and updated build guide. Like top 3 Engines, best discs and substats, optimal goal stats for each character (ex. ~60-70 CR ~150+ CD), best teams to put them in stuff like that
