Has anyone taken antibiotics while on Zepbound?

Just like the title, I presumably have some sort of infection either bronchitis or pneumonia so I have a feeling my doctor will prescribe antibiotics

Has anyone taken them while on Zepbound? What did you take? And were there any adverse effects/reactions?
