Gaining weight on Zep and working out?

Hey there -

I used to work out a little bit but recently just started back up again. I've gone almost every day for the past month and I've gained 6 lbs. everyone does the nice thing and says "oh muscle weighs more than fat" but there's no way I've gained 6 lbs of muscle, right? I'm just feeling so so defeated. This is a constant pattern that seems to happen when I work out. I understand that I probably eat a little more because I'm hungrier BUT this time I'm on Zep and I'm trying my best to track and don't feel ravenous like I would in the past. I'm just feeling so crazy. I know the number on the scale isn't the end all be all but Any advice or encouragement is appreciated.
