Do you ever wonder if you've had an asymptomatic infection?

This is something I think about idly from time to time. I developed asthma during the pandemic, and I've sometimes wondered if it was potentially caused by an asymptomatic infection. My sinuses also worsened considerably around the same time. I've never tested positive for COVID and have not had anything approaching a flu or a cold since 2019, so it wouldn't have been a symptomatic infection.

In my case I might be overthinking it; I likely have a genetic predisposition toward asthma, and I developed it shortly after moving into a house that was recently renovated and had dust everywhere that made me cough constantly, but I still wonder sometimes.

Has anyone else ever had the odd medical condition crop up during the pandemic that doesn't seem to be easily explained, except by COVID?
