Horrible gas pains following SA?

I’m 3 days post surgical abortion and started having minor uterine cramping tonight. I have bad periods so it’s not really phasing me but my gas pains? Oh my GOD. I’m seriously doubled over in pain and extremely bloated. I cannot remember a time I ever had gas pains this badly. Did anyone else experience this?
