My doctor wont prescribe me anything to help with ADHD
So I just saw my doctor as I had asked him to prescribe me Vyvanse for ADHD and BED, he told me to meditate for 30 mins per day and drink water for the BED. I'm a little confused as I strongly believe I actually need more help than that.
My house is a cluttered, disorganized mess along with my brain about 98% of the time. I can't for the life of me bring myself to clean and declutter, I'll start then get bored or overwhelmed and sit on the couch and watch other people clean their homes on TikTok for hours in hopes it'll give me the motivation, but instead it makes me feel worse.
My brain doesn't shut up, my memory is horrible, I have terrible brain fog, and ever since I was a child I've felt "dumb" like I didn't understand things like normal people do.
I also suffer from chronic pain and migraines which I did read can be associated with ADHD.
Now that meds are out of the question does anybody have any tips on natural ways to help with ADHD? Certain diets or vitamins or anything?
I struggle with committing to diet and exercise too so we will see how this plays out.
