Has anyone tried audio journaling?
TLDR; I started voice journaling and was actually able to build a habit. It’s helped a bunch with procrastination, unscattering my brain and making me generally feel better. I want to know if other people have tried it and find it helpful for their ADHD or are interested.

In the past, I had tried several times to get into journaling. I felt good / a cathartic release every time I did it, but was never able to get into the habit because it felt like a giant task to sit down and write.
Just over a year ago, I moved into an apartment by myself and started to audio journal. This basically just meant rambling into my voice memo app about whatever was on my mind driving me crazy or talking through problems at work.
Shameful plug incoming - the one problem I had was I often recorded things that I wanted written down so I could use it as a jumping off point for something at work or personal todo. So, I built an app that also transcribes / summarizes what I say.
My partner and I have been using it very frequently and its been making me feel much better. It really helps with procrastination. Also, meditation has always been unbearable for me and this is really the first time I feel like I've been able to analyze my thoughts without talking to a therapist or friend.
Anyway, there are bunch of other good apps for this besides mine, but I wanted to know if people have tried anything similar / if this sounds interesting? Let me know if you have any questions about how I do it as well!
