How come u guys still have energy to exercise?

Last week nag pakilo ako sa clinic nmen sa office. 62kg na ko at d ko lang sya nakikita, nararamdam ko na den. Travel time to commute 2-3 hrs ko inaalot. Pag commute palang ubos na energy ko tas may trabaho pa. Shifting den sched ko.

Pano nyo ginagawa yon? I actually thinking mag enroll sa gym pero idk where, how to start.
