What am I missing? Citadel facilities new feature
Castle facilities features just became available today. I meet the requirements to unlock and research this features: I’m currently LVL 30, all military training and buildings are also LVL 30, tech research in the university is at its max for military. Also I have 390 technical points (requirement to upgrade is100). With all this being said I still keep getting a message that some technology pre requisites are not met yet.Anyone has an idea of what I might be missing? Trying to upgrade Training Ground
