Minimal Stormcast Spearhead army?

Hey, I'm trying to build a minimal army to play spearhead with a friend (cost wise).

I will be playing Stormcast Eternals, currently I have 2 minis of vindictors and 1 mini of a Liberator.

I thought about having -

x3 Minis of Vindicator

x3 Minis of Annihilators

1x Lord-Relictor or Lord-Celestant

1x mini of liberator(?)

Will this be enough for my army as a start?

What more units should I add?
