Do I need a nose job to be pretty?

It's been four years and I have a lot more confidence now (thankfully), but as I work as a performer I still feel like I'm not good enough. I feel like my nose makes me look like a witch, and not in a nice way, when I want to look like a princess. I know it's silly but it matters to me. I just want to feel pretty. Please give me some honest advice.
