Forgot the Title of an Anime

There was this one anime I used to watch as a kid and I randomly just thought about it.. But I forgot the title. It was about this black haired boy and this one white haired girl if i remember correctly she was an alien. The black haired boy also has a mother that hunts aliens. The boy and girl went on this one date to the store (could be wrong) and the setting was in Japan
