I forget how much exercising helps
I (f21) started working out in January and since then, I’ve had little to no flairs and am very grateful that exercising improves my condition instantly. Though I took a week break from it last week for college and am paying the heavy price with extreme hip pain unresponsive to Antimflammitories. It’s crazy to me how responsive my condition is to working out a little each week. A little scary now that I know the consequences of not working out for a week too, now I feel locked down to it. Which can be good in some peoples eyes I suppose.
Anyone else’s bodies react very well to exercise? If not exercise, what other methods have you used where your body reacted very well to it? It’s very interesting to me
