sexual side effects what can I do to help?

Hey, I’ve been on 20mg of fluoxetine for roughly two weeks now and I’m experiencing pretty bad sexual side effects. I’m not necessarily sexual active but I find joy in “self care” which I used to look forward to after a long week in no way an addiction but something I enjoyed as most do. However now I’m lacking in sensitivity especially since I used to be so responsive to touch I’m still getting yk roused and all but I’m unable to finish (I’m a woman) and it’s incredibly frustrating! If anyone has any tips or tricks that would be great it was one of my small joys and I really miss it especially since I’m so tense with the meds, any help appreciated!
