Anycubic Kobra 2, D.O.A.

I got my Anycubic Kobra 2 a month ago. I assembled it as per the instructions and powered it up. I attempted the auto leveling and I got the error: Hotend Abnormal.

I went through the troubleshooting online and couldn't resolve the issue, so I contacted customer support. They said I needed a new hot end, and sent me the part. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and I just got it today. I opened the package and was surprised to find a tiny nozzle, box and 3 wires. No tools or instructions. I contacted customer support and it will probably be a few days before I hear back, as has been the norm.

But I'm pretty frustrated. I bought the Kobra 2 because Ross from Fauxhammer said it was the best FDM printer if you want something that just works out of the box. I'm sure if the printer wasn't faulty, that would hold true, but I just wanted to state this because my intent with this printer was to NOT need to learn a ton of settings and fiddle with component tweaking etc. I wanted entry level and simple.

I'm a bit irritated that customer service wouldn't have forwarded me the instructions ahead of time. Like, why should I have to ask for them, or go looking for them online? They sent the part, they should include at the very least a link to their instructions somewhere. Why assume I just know how to disassemble my first FDM printer and replace a tiny part inside the print head with no guidance?

I know I'm probably talking to a bunch of pros, with years of experience and knowledge, so I come off as a total "noob", but I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed and disappointed right now. I wish I could just return this product, but they're insisting I try to resolve the issue. I tried contacting Amazon, where I ordered it, and they directed me back to customer service.

Sorry for ranting. Just needed to vent my frustration. Hopefully this part, once I figure out how to install it, fixes the issue. I really want to start printing. Waiting nearly a month has been a real bummer.
