App for checking fuel prices in Europe

Hi we are planning family trip from Britain to Czech Republic, Poland and back to Britain by car.

Is there any app that could show me cheapest petrol station on my road? Would be nice if app is free or one time pay. Tried fuelio but that need monthly payments to work.
