Is Carerra Down?

Is the Carerra tool currently down for everyone? Trying to log in for the first time and keep getting “can’t reach this page” in edge and on edge in AVD says “an SSL session could not be established” Is this a known issue? Is there something I need to do before trying to log in to Carerra?
