Can't seem to be able to find c and b

In the question it was just find a, b and c with nothing extra given i assuming that that the Point is at the center of the circle and the lines drawn was equal after that i can t seem to come up with anything thats helping

And also if that point is not the center of the circle can the question be solved ?
