Is Absinthe served outside of the French cantons?

I’m traveling to Lugano, Bern, Lucerne, Lausanne and Zurich in the next few weeks. I’ve always wanted to try Absinthe the traditional way (water fountain, sugar cube). I see a number of places near Val de Travers but am having difficulty finding a bar or distillery where I will be traveling. Any suggestion?
