What amount of porn is normal?

Kind of like it sounds, like is once a day or two normal? Is it relatively a lot?

Edit: to clarify, no I'm not trying to justify myself ik porn is never good, I was introduced to it pretty young (12) by my friends and I've been kinda addicted to it but I'm taking it down, I used to do it like like 3-4 times a day but now once every day or 2 and getting less and less.
