Southport killer is autistic

The fact he's autistic worries me- People will either take it as "autistic people are violent" (when autistic people are more likely to be victims than perpetrators) or "autistic people can't commit crimes". Especially since the attack was against girls and stereotypically autistic men are seen as creepy. Worrying for the community :( and rest in peace those three little girls.

We'll have to wait and see how it affects people's views, but in the UK it has been quite controversial already so I'm sure this will make it worse- a lot of minorities have been affected by this sadly. Do you guys think it will be ignored or will people start discussing his autism? I already saw someone on TikTok say he was "possessed" so the bar is low.

Put under NSFW for the dark topic just in case.
