How is this game running then ??

I've heard some people say this game is phenomenal and others saying technically it's a mess

I'm going to try it anyways as I own an xbox but if a game is a technical mess I will put it down and probably never pick it up again ( watchdogs legion is a perfect example) so I don't mind waiting if this is the case
